Fundraisers

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Supporters of Graduating Class 2025,

We are a non-profit organization providing a drug & alcohol free celebration for our graduating seniors! We have been planning for the senior grad night party that will take place following graduation. We would like to extend a formal invitation to each of you to attend our meetings to help plan and fundraise. Our meetings are at 5:30pm on the second Wednesday of each month and are held at Bier One in Newport. We try really hard to keep the meeting to one hour because we know your time is valuable!

 

Each year the parents of seniors plan an alcohol/drug free grad night party that is filled with fun activities and allow our seniors a safe evening to create lifetime memories. Please note that the Grad Night Committee is not affiliated with the school district and is run solely by the graduating classes parents/guardians.

 

We have numerous ways to participate: helping out with fundraisers, seeking donations for Grad Night prizes, selling tickets for our Annual Grad Night Raffle held in the spring and volunteering to set-up or chaperone the night of graduation. We are requesting a $50 contribution per family to help cover costs of the Grad Night party. You can mail your tax deductible donation in full by check to 

Newport High School Grad Night Committee, 

PO Box 158 

Newport, OR 97365.

 

There are other ways to contribute, by giving your time and talents. The important thing is to be involved! We look forward to the opportunity to work together and do great things for our children as they close out their senior year!
